DynoSOL’s strategy runs in two stages:

1. Subjective Vetting (reviewed by team)
2. Validator Scoring (on-chain performance metrics) ( Coming Soon )

Phase 1: Subjective Vetting

Validators are evaluated based on:

• SVM Involvement: Active participation in Turbin3’s Advanced SVM programs
• Ecosystem Contributions:
  • Building open-source tooling
  • Educating users or devs
  • Organizing or supporting events
  • DAO participation
  • Bringing new capital to Solana
• Track Record:
  • Past validator success
  • Infrastructure reliability
  • Institutional outreach

Phase 2: Objective Scoring

Each approved validator receives a Validator Score (VS):

VS = Region Score (15%) + Performance Score (85%)

Performance Metrics (10-epoch average):

• Low-Latency Vote: 40%
• Vote Inclusion: 12%
• Skip Rate: 10%
• Avg. Vote Latency: 18%
• Consensus Participation: 5%

Region Score encourages stake distribution across underrepresented areas.
